“The Role of Working Women in the Palestinian Labor Law” Workshop in collaboration with Witness Center and the Rural Women’s Association.
On April 27, 2022, Witness Centre for Citizen Rights and Community Development, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs at An-Najah National University and the Rural Women’s Association, led by Ms. Manar Al-Masri, held a workshop titled “The Status of Working Women in the Palestinian Labor Law.” Several provisions of the Palestinian Labor Law were reviewed and illustrated using examples to aid in the delivery of information, as well as how an employee can be exposed to violations of those laws in the workplace.
This workshop comes as a continuation of the activities of the EuroMed Girl Power project, with the support of the European Union within the Erasmus + Program. The project seeks to develop women’s capabilities in several areas, including leadership and women’s entrepreneurship.
