A delegation from Witness Center participated in the Kick-Off meeting for the “Euromediterranean Girl Power Reloaded” project in Valencia, Spain

A delegation from Witness Center for Citizen Rights and Community Development participated in the Kick-Off meeting for the “Euromediterranean Girl Power Reloaded” project in Valencia, Spain, as part of the European Union’s ERASMUS+ youth exchange program, with the participation of five institutions, from Palestine – Witness Center, Tunisia – AVER, Italy – AICEM, Spain – Intercultural NetEurope, and Greece – Hellenic Youth Participation.

The partner institutions announced the launch of the project, which began with an initial phase in Spain, followed by a training phase in Tunisia where participants will undergo 7 days of training on challenging gender stereotypes through media and communication. Thirty young professionals and communication experts will work on developing their storytelling skills, followed by local workshops to empower 75 girls and women.

Witness will lead the communication and dissemination strategy to ensure wide outreach and maximize the media impact.

Participants will produce effective digital content to amplify women’s voices. Milestones of the project, its launch in Spain, training in Tunisia, a mid-term meeting in Greece, and a final meeting in Italy.
